Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of Sales (“Terms”) constitute the complete and final agreement and understanding between purchaser (“Buyer”) and Tiger Rock Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Seller”, or “Tiger Rock”). Tiger Rock’s acceptance of any order is expressly conditional upon Buyer’s agreement to the Terms. Tiger Rock retains the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any such modification shall be effective for all Buyers when adopted by Tiger Rock and published at www.tigerrockinc.com.

RESALE : Customer is purchasing for re-sale purposes only. Customer agrees to obtain and maintain a state resale number and certificate in the state in which Customer conducts its business.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: Customer shall obtain and maintain all necessary federal, state and municipal business license and permits for its retail firearms and/or related accessories business.

PAYMENT: Payment will be made before shipment of product. Contact us for available payment options.

SHIPPING: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, duties and adhering to customer's local customs laws and restrictions.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments upon receipt and must report any damage, shortages, or discrepancies within five (5) business days of delivery. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the denial of any claim or request for assistance.

Claims relating to shipping damage, loss, shortages, or delivery discrepancies are subject to the policies, procedures, and filing deadlines of the applicable carrier. While Tiger Rock Inc. may, at its sole discretion, assist customers in pursuing claims with the carrier, Tiger Rock Inc. assumes no responsibility or obligation to provide refunds, replacements, credits, or other compensation for losses, damages, or delays attributable to third-party shipping providers

LIABILITY: Tiger Rock Inc. will not be held responsible for any lawsuits caused by improper or run safe use of any products purchased from Tiger Rock Inc.

TERMS: Standard payment term is prepay before shipment. If Buyer fails to make payment to Tiger Rock, the entire order will be held until payment is clear from bank. In case of default by Buyer, Tiger Rock may cancel any outstanding order(s) from Buyer. Each check returned to Tiger Rock for NSF will be charged $30 fee. Buyer agrees to assume and pay any and all costs of collection of any valid debt, including reasonable attorney's fee, cost of suit, and any other expense connected to collection. Tiger Rock reserves the right to refuse orders from any Buyer for any reason.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: Pricing and availability of products is subject to change without notice. In-stock products are reserved for a Buyer only after price and quantity is confirmed by an invoice. Orders that are confirmed and/or processed for shipment cannot be changed. Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) from payment cleared to shipment for in-stock items. More time may be requited for special request or packaging. Expedite requests may be subject to an additional fee.

FREIGHT: Tiger Rock will select UPS or another common freight carrier, unless otherwise directed by Buyer. Additional shipping insurance is available at Buyer's expense. If Buyer has special packing and shipping requests, those must be stated in writing when placing orders, and are subject to Tiger Rock's approval. To immediately, upon receipt examine the product delivered, Buyer agrees to advise Tiger Rock of any shipment or package loss, missing or damage within one (1) business day.

DELIVERIES: Quotation of shipping dates is based on best information available from common carriers. Tiger Rock shall not be held for any damage, consequential or otherwise, arising from any delay or late delivery beyond Tiger Rock’s control.

DELAY: If buyer request deferral of deliveries, Tiger Rock’s agreement to defer delivery shall not excuse Buyer from its obligation to pay for the goods at the same time and in the same quantities as the original delivery schedule. In addition to adhering to the original payment, Buyer shall pay such storage charges as Tiger Rock may access for storing the goods awaiting delivery.  Unpaid orders won’t be reserved for deferral of deliveries.

SHIPMENT SHORTAGE/ERROR: Tiger Rock Inc  will not be liable for packages not delivered, delayed, or damaged. Buyer shall inspect products upon receipt and must give Tiger Rock notice within three (3) business days after the date of delivery, of any shortage or perceived error. Failure of the Buyer to inspect and give notice as required shall constitute a waiver of any shortage or error. A shipping label may be issued to return incorrect product shipped.

ERROR: Tiger Rock reserves the right to correct clerical or stenographic errors or omission.

WARRANTY: Tiger Rock offers a Limited thirty (30) days Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship only to dealer account holders. Tiger Rock . All products claimed to be defective shall be held subject to inspection and confirmation of use according to manufacturer's recommendations by Tiger Rock before warranty is honored. No returns for credit will be allowed without Tiger Rock’s prior permission. Tiger Rock retains the option to repair or replace products or credit original purchase price. Tiger Rock's liability for breach of warranty hereunder is limited solely to the replacement of the defective good, which shall be returned to Tiger Rock, or the purchase price excluding shipping. Failure to give notice of warranty claim within thirty (30) days from date of the delivery shall constitute a waiver of warranty. Tiger Rock warranty extends to dealer account holders only. All items marked Discontinued or BLEMISHED are sold in AS-IS condition and are FINAL SALE. There is no Specified warranty, returns or refunds on Final Sale items. Blemished Items are functional items that may have minor imperfections in machining or finish. 

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

Tiger Rock warrants the goods supplied under an invoice (the “Goods”) shall conform to the description stated. The foregoing warranties is Tiger Rock's sole warranty with respect to these goods. Except as provided herein, Tiger Rock disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement.

In no event shall Tiger Rock be responsible under its warranty for any defect that is caused by negligence of buyer or a third party, static discharge, misuse of a product or mistreatment of a product.

Tiger Rock shall have no responsibility for any product that has been altered or modified in any way. Tiger Rock shall have no liability or responsibility for any components or labor added to any product after receipt by the Buyer.

Tiger Rock shall have no responsibility to the extent and defect or failure is caused by non-compatibility of the products with the other components used by Buyer.

It is expressly agreed that any technical information or suggestions furnished by Tiger Rock with regard to the use of its products is given as a gratuity only. Tiger Rock assumes no obligation or liability for the information or results obtained. Any information is provided solely at Buyer’s risk. Buyer assumes sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the product for its intended use and Buyer is solely responsible for the design, data input, specifications, subsequent manufacture, and use of the product sold. Tiger Rock shall not be liable for any consequential injuries or damages, or for claims for labor loss of profit, repair, transportation, or other expense incidental to replacement of the material and/or products sold as component or incorporated into a system of its own design and sold as such a system for specific application.

RETURNS: Returned item(s) must be in original packing and attached with your name, shipping address, contact number, brief description of problem, a copy of your receipt of purchase. Shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable. TigerRockInc. reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a shipping label may be issued to return the items. TigerRock Inc.  recommends that you ship your return package using a carrier that offers shipment tracking and insure the package for full value of the shipment so you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

By placing an order with Tiger Rock Inc., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, custom finishes, coatings, and warranties.

1. Unused/Unopened Returns — 5-Day Store Credit Policy

Unused and unopened merchandise may be eligible for store credit only if the return is requested within 5 calendar days of the date the purchase was received.

To qualify, the merchandise must be completely unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, and include all original components, accessories, labels, and documentation, where applicable.

Approved returns under this policy will receive store credit only. No cash or credit-card refunds will be issued for unused/unopened returns.

Round-trip shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit. The customer is responsible for applicable shipping costs associated with the return and shipment of the merchandise back to the customer.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the eligible purchase amount for approved returns.

Tiger Rock Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the unused/unopened requirements or shows evidence of use, opening, installation, alteration, damage, or improper handling.

2. Custom Colors & Coatings — No Warranty

Custom colors, custom finishes, and coating services are provided without any express or implied warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to, Cerakote® and other custom coating or finishing applications.

Color, finish, texture, sheen, shade, and appearance may vary due to the nature of custom coating processes, application methods, materials, surface conditions, lighting, photographs, monitors, and other factors. Such variations do not constitute a defect or basis for a return, exchange, refund, or warranty claim.

Tiger Rock Inc. does not warrant that a custom color or finish will exactly match a sample, photograph, previous order, or another item.

3. Cracking, Peeling, or Blistering of Custom Coatings

If a custom coating or finish cracks, peels, blisters, or otherwise exhibits a coating-related issue within the first 5 calendar days after the item is received, the customer must notify Tiger Rock Inc. promptly and provide photographs or other information requested by Tiger Rock Inc.

At Tiger Rock Inc.'s sole discretion, we may provide the customer with a return shipping label to have the item returned for inspection and, if approved, reapplication of the coating.

The issuance of a return shipping label, acceptance of an item for inspection, or reapplication of a coating does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of future coating performance.

Tiger Rock Inc. reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, whether a coating issue qualifies for reapplication.

The customer may be responsible for shipping costs and/or other charges where the coating issue is determined to have resulted from misuse, abuse, improper handling, impact, chemicals, environmental exposure, modification, installation, or other circumstances outside of the coating application process.

4. 30-Day Return Policy

All eligible return, exchange, or refund requests, where applicable, must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the date the purchase was received.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted or issued for purchases received more than 30 calendar days prior to the date the return, exchange, or refund request is made, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for inspecting their purchases promptly upon receipt and notifying Tiger Rock Inc. of any issue within the applicable period.

5. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds After 30 Days

Once 30 calendar days have passed from the date an order was received, the sale is considered final.

Tiger Rock Inc. will not accept or provide returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds for purchases received more than 30 days prior, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Blemished, Discolored, or Damaged Items

Items that have been blemished, discolored, damaged, altered, modified, improperly handled, improperly stored, or otherwise changed after receipt are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty coverage, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers should inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt and notify Tiger Rock Inc. promptly regarding any apparent issue.

7. Change of Mind

Tiger Rock Inc. does not provide returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranty coverage solely because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the item, ordered the wrong item, or otherwise has a change of preference, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

8. General Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger Rock Inc. makes no express or implied warranty regarding merchandise that:

• Has been received more than 30 days prior to the claim;
• Has been blemished, discolored, damaged, altered, modified, or improperly handled or stored;
• Has received a custom color, custom finish, or coating;
• Is the subject of a customer's change of mind or change in preference; or
• Has otherwise been used or treated in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or care instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger Rock Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by applicable law.

9. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any rights, remedies, warranties, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.
